COOKIE POLICY
Hibrid 360 Web Experience & Digital Tracking Transparency Framework
Last Updated: July 2026
We use a small number of cookies: the ones this site needs to work, and the ones that tell us which pages are useful. You can accept or reject the second group at any time.
1. Overview of Cookie Usage
This Cookie Policy details how Hibrid 360 uses cookies, local browser storage, and web beacons across our Web Experience platform (www.hibrid360.com).
We employ privacy-first web tracking technologies to ensure optimal 3D/WebGL rendering performance, preserve session security, and evaluate user engagement metrics.
2. Categorization of Deployed Cookies
Cookies deployed on our digital platform are categorized into four distinct operational buckets:
| Category | Function & Purpose | Lifespan | Consent Requirement |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential / Necessary | Session authentication, WebGL hardware initialization, security tokens | Session / 30 days | Exempt (Strictly Necessary) |
| Performance & Analytics | Anonymized visitor traffic metrics, frame-rate rendering diagnostics | 12 months | Consent Required |
| Functional | User language choice, 3D scene lighting preference, spatial audio settings | 6–12 months | Consent Required |
| Marketing & Experience | Campaign attribution for brand experience and film launch events | 6 months | Consent Required |
3. WebGL Diagnostics & Privacy Analytics
To deliver high-performance 3D Web Experience applications without lag, our site runs hardware capability checks (GPU tier detection). These checks utilize temporary local session storage and do not link hardware profiles to individual user identities.
4. Map Content
The map on the Contact page loads automatically from CARTO’s map tile servers (using OpenStreetMap data) when the page opens. CARTO may process the visitor’s IP address, browser and device information under its own privacy terms. The office address and an independent directions link are also provided below the map.
5. Managing Cookies via Browser Settings
Users can control or disable cookies through browser settings:
- Apple Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Block all cookies.
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
Note that blocking essential cookies may disable dynamic 3D web features and interactive canvas rendering.
Preference Control: You can modify or revoke your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the “Cookie Settings” link in our website footer.
