Hibrid 360 Master Platform Conditions, Creative & Web Experience Usage Standards

1. Binding Agreement & Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”, “Client”, or “Visitor”) and Hibrid 360 regarding access to and use of our web platform (www.hibrid360.com), proprietary creative tools, interactive web experiences, and production services.
By navigating our platform or engaging Hibrid 360 for Creative Production, AI Solutions, Brand Experience, Web Experience, or Film Production services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Multi-Disciplinary Service Scope
Hibrid 360 operates an integrated studio structured around five core pillars:
- Creative Production: Visual Effects (VFX), 3D animation, CGI, art direction, and high-fidelity asset creation.
- AI Solutions: Custom generative AI models, algorithmic creative pipelines, synthetic media creation, and automated workflows.
- Brand Experience: Physical and digital brand activations, experiential design, spatial storytelling, and interactive installations.
- Web Experience: Next-generation WebGL/3D web environments, custom web applications, dynamic headless architecture, and front-end engineering.
- Film Production: Commercial direction, cinematography, virtual production, post-production, color grading, and sound architecture.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership
Hibrid 360 Platform IP: All interface elements, WebGL shaders, source code, 3D interactive models, brand marks, and custom AI tools contained within www.hibrid360.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of Hibrid 360.
Client Project Deliverables: Ownership rights to final creative deliverables, film master cuts, and digital assets transferred to clients are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), taking effect upon full financial settlement.
Exploratory Pitch Material: Preliminary concepts, AI visual pitch decks, and unselected creative proposals remain the sole property of Hibrid 360.
4. Prohibited Conduct & Platform Integrity
When accessing or interacting with Hibrid 360 digital assets, users agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract neural model weights, WebGL code, or server architecture.
- Upload unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content through project submission tools.
- Use automated scraping software, bots, or data mining tools on www.hibrid360.com without express written authorization.
- Attempt to bypass security protocols, probe vulnerabilities, or launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Hibrid 360 digital platforms and interactive previews are provided “as is” and “as available”. Hibrid 360 makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, zero latency in 3D WebGL rendering, or third-party API reliability.
Hibrid 360 shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, network latency, or service interruptions.
6. Governing Law & Legal Forum
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.
